Jamieson Lamb
Jamieson is a Registered Massage Therapist who also holds a Bachelor's of Education. Helping people perform at their best in both work and play, Jamieson also has certifications in Personal Training and Fascial Stretch Therapy.

Aside from his work as a manual therapist and educator, Jamieson is a Integrative Nutritionist Health coach and leverages accurate lab testing to get to the root cause of many seemingly complicated health issues. Through lifestyle change, supplementation and manual therapies, he is here to help you stay vibrant, energetic and engaged in the lifestyle you love or the one you hope to attain.

Jessie is a warm and welcoming Massage Therapist born and raised in Penetanguishene. Since becoming a RMT in 2013, she has gained extensive experience in a variety of settings ranging from private care facilities to serene health resorts. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic aches and strains, or simply seeking relief from stress and tension, Jessie tailors each treatment to meet your individual needs.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing on the beautiful beaches of Georgian Bay and expressing her creativity through painting.

Sarah-Rose Weimer
Sarah-Rose’s clinical focus utilizes deep tissue work to reduce pain, stress, and improve quality of life. She is experienced treating work related injuries, athletes, children, and sufferers of chronic conditions.
Sarah-Rose has a keen interest in uncovering the underlying issues of a clients’ ailments, allowing her to
customize treatment plans to ensure that each client receives the best care possible.

Her interests include being a mom, traveling, hiking, rock climbing, and gardening. She has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2018 after graduating from Georgian College. She is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and is a member of the Registered Massage
Therapists Association of Ontario.
